Our global art programme
As passionate supporters of the arts, we extend our passion for insuring works of art to our global art initiatives, which provides valuable support to artists throughout their careers.
Our art award in the UK
Our Art Award supports emerging artists transition between art school and the commercial art world. Since 2018, the London art award has supported 35 artists across four rotations bridge this gap with development training plans, monetary awards and supporting sales of their work.
Our art award in France
We have been hosting our photography competition in partnership with Beaux Arts Consulting and Le Quotidien de l'Art since June 2020. We invite young photographers from art or photography schools, who have graduated in the last 3 years, to participate either as solo artists, duos, or groups. The winner will receive a prize of €3,000 and will have their work showcased in Le Quotidien de l'Art.
Our art award in Australia
We’ve partnered with Studio A, a Sydney-based a social enterprise, for the Art Awards, since 2020. Each year, four emerging Studio A artists are selected to participate, and work hard to develop nine vibrant artworks.
Our art award in Norway
Following the success of the Liberty Art Award London, the Liberty Art Award Oslo extends Liberty Specialty Markets’ commitment to supporting emerging creative talent across Europe. Rooted in our belief that art has the power to inspire new perspectives, this initiative offers a platform for newly graduated artists to showcase their work at a pivotal stage in their careers.
Our art award in Singapore
In 2024, we launched the Liberty X ART:DIS Awards, a month-long competition celebrating the works of emerging artists under ART:DIS. As part of our commitment to supporting the arts, Liberty also acquired licenses for each artwork, which are now featured prominently on our corporate merchandise.
