Rachael Lukehurst

Biography

Rachael Lukehurst took on the role of Head of Revenue Transformation at the beginning of 2019. The focus of this role is to build on the dynamic revenue strategy through targeted broker engagement and data driven decision-making. Quarterly revenue reviews with underwriting teams aim to embed this as good business practice to achieve LSMs revenue goals and profitability. As a member of the Business Development team Rachael also gets involved in global revenue calls, clear proposition, targeted growth areas and broker engagement. She is also works with the GRS Private Equity teams as the International Global Private Equity Director.

Before her appointment to her current role, Rachael spent eight years as the Marine Hull underwriter at Liberty working alongside Rob Henbury. Prior to this she was on the Liberty graduate training scheme where she was part of the personal accident team, the political risk team, the property binders team, and she managed and oversaw the running of seventh pillar which led to the acquisition of LSM Italy.

Rachael joined Liberty in 2007 from RPC where she was a loss adjusting assistant and paralegal.

Rachael has a BA Hons in History and Ancient History from the University of Nottingham.
