Liberty Specialty Markets awarded prestigious Service Quality Marque by Gracechurch

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) has been awarded the prestigious Service Quality Marque (SQM) for 2024 by the independent insurance research consultancy, Gracechurch. This is the eighth year running that LSM has been awarded the SQM. 

LSM is one of a small number of London insurers to have received this recognition in 2024. This accolade is presented annually to claims teams of London Market insurers known for consistently delivering outstanding claims service. The award recipients are identified based on evidence collected from claims brokers, as well as evaluations of insurers' communications and commerciality ratings. To qualify for the award, all winners surpassed the threshold of receiving 75% or more positive ratings over the preceding year.

First launched in 2017, the Service Quality Marque is awarded to businesses that excel in consistent service quality based on the Gracechurch Claims Service Report.
