Liberty appoints Emmanuelle Chelly as Marine Cargo underwriter

Spring is full of news at Liberty! We are pleased to welcome Emmanuelle Chelly to our team as Senior Marine Cargo Underwriter in our Paris office.

Graduated with a DESS in Maritime and Transport Law from the University of Aix-Marseille III, complemented by a Master of Laws from City University of Hong Kong, Emmanuelle has worked for over 20 years in brokerage firms in underwriting roles, primarily in Marine Cargo.

She joins the now complete team of Stéphanie de Montricher, Head of Marine Cargo & Fine Art France, and will work in collaboration with Grazielle Miranda and Kévin Beheydt, Marine Cargo & Fine Art Underwriters.
