Biography
Paola Suffer was appointed Claims Manager, Liberty Specialty Markets in September 2016. She is responsible for the claims team in Milan. She was also appointed Operations Manager in April 2019.
She joined Liberty in 2016 from Sintia Srl a TPA dedicated to handling Coverholder business where she was the Administrator and also responsible for handling claims funds. She held this post for five years from 2011.
From 2009 to 2011 she worked at the Miller Insurance Brokers’ Representative Office in Milan.
Prior to this she was Admin/Finance and Operations Manager in her family business specializing in Hydrodynamics.
