Sponsorship also gives Liberty access to the famous Long Room at Lord’s, the use of facilities in a range of Test Match Grounds, tickets for hospitality and branding in prominent locations together with television coverage.

We are delighted that England and Yorkshire County Cricket Club batsman, Gary Ballance, has been named as Ambassador for Liberty’s 2015 cricket sponsorship programme.

Gary has established himself as one of the key members of the England squad, batting at number three in both the One Day International and Test sides. At the age of 25, he already has four Test centuries and five Test half centuries to his name and a batting average of over 60. With a high score last summer of 156, Gary was named as the ICC Emerging Cricketer of the Year and one of Wisden’s Five Cricketers of the Year. He is only the fifth England batsman to hit three centuries in their first six Tests and was one of England’s leading Test run scorers in 2014 with 729 runs.

Gary will make a number of personal appearances on behalf of the company and will also carry the Liberty branding on his bat.
